When Ze is bullied by another student, Miss Work steps in to help Ze rebuild her resiliency. Miss Work identifies love of family, creativity, kindness, generosity, effort-based learning, loyalty, friendship as personal qualities to develop resiliency and to reduce the impact of bullies. This rebuilds Ze’s strength and self confidence, making her more resilient to being bullied in the future. Ze learns how to use the process and then shows others how to recognize their own qualities.
